Technique Engineering, Inc. is a small group of highly trained and qualified mechanical and electrical design professionals and associates with deep commitments to our profession, clients and community.  TEI was founded in 1986 by Ken Overman and Walter FitzGerald, both seasoned professionals with over 60 years combined experience in design, engineering and construction.  It was their vision to create a firm that would provide a level of service and design quality that would satisfy their own high standards of excellence and meet or exceed their clients’ expectations.
